Deadline reports that Select Management Group added nine reality stars to its roster. The signees include Chelley B and Parmida Keshani from Peacock's Love Island USA, Leah Barrs, Mitchell Bienvenue, Tamaya Denae, and Taylor Hayward from Freeform and Hulu's Million Dollar Nannies, Bri Davis and Ashleigh Pease from Hulu's The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County, and Jimmy Sotos from Netflix's Perfect Match. Select said the talent spans lifestyle, beauty, fashion, relationships, wellness, fitness, and family-driven content. Several clients enter representation with built-in TV visibility and brand categories already attached. The deal flow shows unscripted casts are being treated as creator businesses as soon as they leave the screen.

THE BREAKDOWN

Reality talent needs creator-style deal protection the moment a show airs. Managers should lock down handle ownership, sponsor categories, network restrictions, appearance rules, episode clip usage, and paid social whitelisting before the first brand rush. Brands should not assume a reality star can promote anything just because the audience is active. Some categories may conflict with network contracts, cast obligations, or show storylines. Agents can earn more by packaging cast members across appearances, affiliate, podcast guesting, retail, and social campaigns rather than selling one-off posts.
